Kathy joined Valor Health in April 2016. Kathy chose healthcare after many years in corporate finance and knowing that helping others was always her ultimate goal. Over the past eight years, starting first as a bedside nurse, Kathy has served as a nurse leader at many different levels. As the Executive Director of Clinical Services at Valor Health, Kathy Prindle provides executive leadership support and strategic direction for all clinical departments in our organization.
Kathy is a dedicated and highly effective senior-level nurse leader who brings passion to building a positive organizational culture and work environment. She brings knowledge and nursing experience in acute care, orthopedics, obstetrics, emergency, and case management. Her experience in hospital-based settings as well as her corporate finance background will continue to be a benefit to our organization. In this Executive Director role, not only will Kathy support each of our clinical departments with everyday workflow, but coach and build up future clinical leaders.
Kathy grew up in the Pacific Northwest earning her Associate Degree in Biology with Healthcare Emphasis at CWI in 2010 and then continuing on through her nursing career to achieve a Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership and Education from NNU.
Kathy and her husband, Brandon, have been raising their family here in Idaho since 1999. Nearly empty nesters, they have raised 4 sons, a daughter, two nieces, and are now enjoying every moment with their five grandchildren. Kathy spends most of her free time enjoying the Idaho Country with her husband and family, especially camping and exploring.
